Personal Summary

After graduating from university, Jimmy Lee began his career as a commercial director and founded the advertising production company EDGE in 2014. In 2016, EDGE was acquired by Star Group (SEHK:1560) and rebranded as Metropolitan Production Ltd.

In 2022, Jimmy officially joined Star Group as Marketing Director and was promoted to Managing Director, Sales & Marketing one year later. During his tenure at Star Properties, he led the marketing and promotion of multiple real estate projects, including “After The Rain,” which achieved total sales of HK$2 billion.

Having departed from Star Group, Jimmy brings seven years of experience in real estate marketing, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, video production, and team management. He remains committed to driving business growth and enhancing brand value.


The History

After graduating from university, Jimmy began his career as a commercial director and founded the advertising production company EDGE in 2014. In 2016, EDGE was acquired by Star Group (SEHK:1560) and subsequently rebranded as Metropolitan Production in 2017.

From 2017 to 2022, Jimmy managed Metropolitan Production’s growth, building a team of seasoned marketing and production professionals who delivered corporate training, private training, youth training, and consultancy services, as well as marketing solutions, advertisement production, and event management. During this period, Jimmy organized numerous high-profile concerts in Hong Kong, including Namie Amuro’s “Finally” Final Tour 2018, Mr.’s “Everyone Concert 10”, HOTCHA’s “Are U My Best Friend” 10th Anniversary Concert, Sherman Chung’s “R U SHER?” Live in Concert, and DStage Music Concert. Jimmy also produced films and provided professional photography services for leading organizations. Notably, his short film “PANAM98” earned the “Best Cinematography” Award at the 5th Microfilm Production Support Scheme (Music). In addition, Jimmy developed two social media platforms—DStage 夢者舞台 and Memories Hong Kong 我們的時光—to encourage dreamers and promote local tourism.

In 2022, Jimmy officially joined Star Group as Marketing Director. One year later, promoted to Managing Director, Sales & Marketing at Star Properties, overseeing multiple real estate projects. Among these was “After The Rain,” which achieved total sales of HK$2 billion. Having now departed from Star Group, Jimmy draws upon seven years of real estate marketing experience—encompassing strategic planning, video production, and team management—to drive business growth and enhance brand value.
